We at Route2 recognize the varying levels of support required by our customers and we are committed to providing that support in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.

Route2 is able to provide free technical support in accordance with your service subscription. Along with the support options listed below, we will dispatch a field team to correct any issues occurring as a result of our service or equipment free of charge.

We also provide a paid onsite service for all of your technical requests. Such requests include but are not limited to configuring, repairing, or maintaining your computer and or network. At any time don't hesitate to contact us and we will guide you towards a solution.
